Kacy is a Certified Life Care Planner, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and Certified Vocational Evaluator who has been qualified as an expert in both state and federal courts. She provides testimony nationwide and has worked on cases across Texas, multiple other states, and internationally. From our office in Texas, we serve attorneys throughout Texas and beyond, offering both in-person and remote services to ensure accessibility and responsiveness regardless of location.

Our work is grounded in objective, evidence-based methodologies. Kacy’s role is not to advocate for a particular outcome, but to deliver clear, defensible opinions that assist triers of fact in understanding vocational capacity, future care needs, and economic implications. Kacy’s background spans clinical rehabilitation, case management, vocational evaluation, and forensic consulting, allowing us to bridge medical, vocational, and functional information into well-supported analyses. She routinely evaluates pre-injury and post-injury employability, earning capacity, and reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Her work includes vocational testing, transferable skills analysis, labor market research, job analysis, and the development of comprehensive life care plans tailored to the specific facts of each case.
